The story of Richard Ginori – one of Italy’s leading manufacturers of high-quality porcelain tableware – is a story of excellence, savoir-faire, tradition and craftsmanship that goes back over 280 years, when the company was founded in 1735. With a video centered on the elements of nature, manufactory and human workspace, we focus on telling the magic of the brand, whose main value lies in the memory of the hands of all people that have been working on it, generation after generation. Images reveal a microscopic look to the careful gestures that create Richard Ginori objects. The factory becomes a living organism made of human tactile memory, a journey around an ancient art and culture. Video sounds – designed by dedicated sound engineers – are part of a musical composition made by the sounds that are generated by Richard Ginori factory.
